1. Acceptance of terms
By using renutech.in or engaging Re NuTech Solutions Inc. for services, you agree to these terms. Project-specific terms in a signed proposal or agreement take precedence where they differ.
2. Services
We provide IT development and digital marketing services as described in a written proposal or scope of work. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
3. Payments
- Projects are billed as per the milestones in the proposal.
- Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
- Delayed payments may pause work until dues are cleared.
- Applicable taxes, including GST, are charged additionally.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide content, approvals, access and feedback on time. Delays in inputs may extend timelines accordingly.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for the client transfers to the client. Third-party software, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licences. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.
6. Third-party platforms
Advertising budgets are paid directly to platforms such as Google and Meta. We are not responsible for platform policy changes, account restrictions or algorithm updates beyond our control.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Cancellation & refunds
Work completed up to the date of cancellation is billable. Advance payments for work not yet started may be refunded as per the proposal terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
